Quotes and rentals
Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if project details, location, dates, or service frequency change. Pricing, delivery, servicing, damage, and payment terms for each rental are set out in your quote, rental agreement, or invoice.
SMS / text message terms
- Program: Cobalt Site Solutions sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in, about quote requests, scheduling, deliveries, service visits, and customer support. Customers who separately opt in to promotional texts may also receive occasional offers and equipment availability updates.
- How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box (and, for promotional texts, the separate promotional consent box) on our quote request form, or by texting us first and agreeing to receive replies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: varies based on your requests and active rentals.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
