Our everyday job site unit. A roomy interior with a toilet, urinal and paper holder, roof vents for airflow, and a lockable door with an occupied indicator.
A wheelchair-accessible unit with a ground-level entry, a wide door and room inside to turn around. Add one where the public or anyone with limited mobility will be using the facilities.
For settings that call for more than a standard unit. Our multi-station restroom trailers give guests and crews private, lockable rooms with a clean, finished interior, men's and women's signage, and stairs with handrails at every door.
Freestanding two-sided sinks with fresh water, soap and paper towels. Place them next to your restrooms, at a break area or by food service.
Low-profile holding tanks that collect wastewater from office trailers, restroom trailers or temporary buildings until we pump them out.
Portable fresh water supply for sites without a water hookup. Use it to feed handwashing stations, site trailers and general job site needs.
Tell us the crew size or headcount and dates and we'll recommend a setup.
Secure a construction perimeter, close off an area or control a crowd. Our panels run 12 ft long by 6 ft tall on weighted stands and go up without digging.
Galvanized welded wire panels set in stands and clamped together into a continuous run. A clean, rigid fence line that's quick to install and easy to reconfigure.
The classic construction fence: chain link framed panels on stands. Easy to move as the job changes, and ready for a privacy screen.
Screen fabric attached to the fence to block sightlines, cut down blowing dust and keep a site looking tidy from the street.
For long-term jobs, steel posts are driven straight into the ground and chain link is stretched between them. You get a sturdier, permanent-style perimeter without pouring concrete footings.
Send the site address and rough footage or a site plan and we'll price it out.
Every job is different, but every client gets the same promise: equipment on site when you need it, set up fast, and a team that answers 24/7.
From ground-breaking to final walkthrough, Cobalt keeps your crews supported and your site secure. We deliver and service portable toilets and handwashing stations, supply 250-gallon waste tanks and 300-gallon fresh water tanks for trailers and site offices, and lock down the perimeter with 12 × 6 ft temporary fencing, privacy screens and post-driven fence. As the project moves through phases, we relocate equipment quickly, adjust service to your crew size, and stay on call 24/7 so a missed service or a downed panel never holds up the schedule.
Residential projects call for site services that are quick, clean and considerate of the neighborhood. We place restrooms discreetly, fence off excavations, pools and work zones to help protect families, pets and property, and add privacy screens to keep the street view tidy while work is underway. Drop-off is fast, pickup is prompt when the job wraps, and our team is available 24/7 if anything needs attention.
Public projects run on reliability. Cobalt supports road and utility work, park and facility improvements, public events and emergency operations with restrooms, accessible units, handwashing, water supply and fencing for closures and crowd control. We coordinate around your crews and timelines, keep service consistent and on schedule, and respond around the clock when crews are called out after hours.
A great event comes down to the details guests notice most. We size restrooms and handwashing to your headcount, include accessible units, and build perimeter, entrance and crowd-control fencing, with custom logo privacy screens for sponsors and branding. Setup is finished before gates open, service continues through the event, and teardown is fast afterward, with a 24/7 line from load-in to load-out.
Share the site, the dates and the headcount. We'll put together a setup and a quote.
Based in Phoenix, we run routes throughout the Valley and out to the surrounding communities. Don't see your town below? Reach out. We'll do our best to get equipment to your site.
Not on the list? Tell us where your site is and we'll do our best to service your area.
Cobalt Site Solutions was started to give Valley contractors and event planners a site-services vendor that's easy to reach and easy to work with — clean equipment, straight quotes, and someone who picks up the phone.
Cobalt is the element that gets alloyed into steel to make it stronger and hold up to wear. That's the standard we're building toward: equipment and service reliable enough that you stop thinking about it and just get back to the job. Heat, dust, monsoon or a tight deadline — we're delivering solutions in any element.
Deliveries and pickups that show up when scheduled, because a late unit or a fence panel that's still not up costs you time.
A quote that reflects what the job actually needs, not a padded estimate you have to negotiate down.
Based in Phoenix and routing the Valley directly — not a national call center dispatching a subcontractor.
Equipment kept in real working condition, not the oldest units in someone else's fleet.
Everything you need to know about getting a quote, setting up your site and keeping equipment serviced. Don't see your question? Ask us any time.
Tell us the site, dates and what you need. We send back an itemized quote.
We confirm placement, access, contacts and your delivery window.
Units are placed and fencing is installed, braced and ready to go.
Cleaning and pumping 1–5× per week, with a 24/7 emergency line.
We remove everything when the job wraps and leave the area clean.
Fill out the quote form or give us a call. Tell us the site address, what you need (unit count, fence footage or a site plan), your start date, how long you'll need it, and how often you'd like service. We'll follow up with an itemized quote. For larger jobs we're happy to walk the site or review your plans first.
The main factors are the type and number of units, how often they're serviced, the length of the rental, total fence footage and add-ons like gates and privacy screens, site location and access, and any after-hours or same-day delivery. Every line item is spelled out on your quote.
As soon as you know your dates. A little lead time helps for large events and long fence runs, but we handle short-notice requests whenever we can, and our 24/7 line is always open for emergencies.
Yes. Call or email and we can add units, change your service frequency, extend your rental, move equipment as your project changes, or schedule an early pickup.
We're based in Phoenix and serve communities throughout the Valley and beyond. If you don't see your town on our Service Area page, reach out. We'll do our best to get to your site.
Before drop-off we confirm the site address and gate or access instructions, exactly where each unit or fence line should go (a marked spot, a photo or a site plan all work), an on-site contact, the delivery window and your site hours. We check in again before the delivery date so there are no surprises when our truck arrives.
On level, firm ground that our service truck can reach, clear of traffic lanes, fire lanes and doorways, with the door opening free. Placing units close to where people work or gather keeps them used and easy to service. We'll help you pick the right spots.
Not usually. If placement is marked and the site is accessible, we can drop off without you there. We'll let you know once delivery is complete.
We lay out the fence line with you, then set each 12 × 6 ft panel into a weighted stand and clamp the panels together into a continuous run. We add sandbags or ballast on the stands, extra bracing at corners, gates and exposed stretches, and install gates wherever you need access. Privacy screens are fastened to the panels after the fence is up. For post-driven fencing, utility locates are requested through Arizona 811 before posts are driven and chain link is stretched between them.
Fence with privacy screens catches a lot of wind, so we add extra weight and bracing where it's needed. If a storm knocks panels down or tips a unit, call our 24/7 line and we'll respond.
Restroom drop-offs are quick. Fence installs depend on footage and site conditions, and most standard jobs are completed in a single visit. We'll give you a time window when we schedule.
Anywhere from once to five times per week. Weekly service is standard for most construction sites; busier sites, larger crews and events often need more. We'll recommend a schedule based on how many people are using each unit and adjust it as your needs change.
Our 250-gallon waste tanks can be pumped one to five times per week. We set the schedule with you based on how much the connected trailer or building is used, and we can change it at any time.
We pump out the holding tank, clean and sanitize the interior, restock toilet paper, recharge the deodorizing chemical and check the unit for damage. Handwashing stations are refilled with fresh water, soap and towels, and fresh water tanks are refilled as needed.
For construction, OSHA sets the minimum: one toilet for up to 20 workers, and one toilet plus one urinal per 40 workers above that. Many contractors plan on about one unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week with weekly service. For events, it depends on headcount, event length and whether food and drinks are served; plan on extra units when drinks are flowing, and at least one accessible unit for public events. Tell us your numbers and we'll recommend a setup.
A level spot our truck can reach and, in most cases, power and water. We'll confirm the details during planning. Where there's no water hookup, our 300-gallon fresh water tanks and 250-gallon waste tanks can be paired with the trailer.
Call our 24/7 emergency line. Whether it's an overflowing unit, a tipped toilet, damage or a fence line that's down, we answer around the clock and get it handled.
Usually not for equipment on private property. Placing units or fencing on streets, sidewalks or other public right-of-way may require a permit from your city. We're happy to help you figure out what's needed.
Equipment is the renter's responsibility while it's on site, as outlined in your rental agreement. Let us know right away and we'll repair or replace it quickly so your site stays covered.
Give us a call or let us know your end date and we'll schedule pickup. Restrooms are pumped and removed, fencing is taken down and hauled away, and the area is left clean.
Send us a note with your project details and we'll get right back to you.
Tell us about the site and timeline. The more detail you give us, the faster we can send back an accurate number.
